We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurants / cafes / food courts (Western/Chinese)
- Maintain the quality of food / dishes served
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the kitchens
- Responsible for marketing promotion activities and menu designs
- Management of a small team of junior chef/ cook
Requirements:
- At least 8 years relevant experience in Western / Fusion cuisine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong management of food cost skill
