Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Healthcare Admin Coordinator Support (Healthcare) | $2200 - $2600 | Jurong East. If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum degree of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.200 - SGD 2.800. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Healthcare Industry

Salary: $2200 – $2800 + bonus (Depending relevant experience)

Duration: 2 years Extendable/Convertible

Working Location: West, Jurong East

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Duties

  • To assist in any administrative tasks and projects pertaining to Clinical Support aspects of Emergency Medicine.
  • Provide in administrative support to manager and department.
  • Provide in administrative support to department doctors including HOs, MOs, residents and medical students.
  • To support in maintaining inventory of medical and IT equipment
  • To assist in monitoring the financial aspect of the department.
  • Ensure that there are sufficient stock of consumables and stationery in the department for daily operations needs and assist in the paperwork in purchasing of equipment, consumables and stationery
  • To coordinate and provide administrative support to education/training program conducted by the department such as logistics and preparation of lectures notes, refreshment etc.
  • Register courses for doctors, keep track of their training hours and submit training reports to training department and SMC for CME points.
  • Assist with any correspondence and preparation of reports and presentations for the department.
  • Assist in the collation of operational statistics reports for analysis and presentation.
  • Assist in the logistics, publicity and coordination of events by the department.
  • Maintain departmental files.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Provide coverage for department secretary when necessary.
  • Assist doctors (including visiting consultants) in their claims (night duty claims, meal allowance, training claims, etc
  • Assist in updating of clinical roster into the scheduling system on a weekly basis
  • Any other duties as assigned by the department.
