The organisation is a multinational bank and looking for potential incumbent to start off as 1 year contract (Renewable and convertible to perm)
Salary and Benefits:
- $3.7k – $5k monthly

Location:
Jurong East or Changi
Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers enquiries on products and services.
- Provide quality customer service and pacifying to customers and addressing any concerns.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on escalated issues.
- Identify opportunities to recommend new products and services.
- Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma qualification (with/without experience).
- Able to work on rotational shift and late night.
- Consistently meet the Customer Centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
- IT savvy and comfortable to handle high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure accuracy and compliant for all customers’ requests
- Adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow CSOs.
- Singaporean only.
