Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
• Support digital and technology (D&T) initiatives annual budgeting exercise, including liaising with other business units to understand their D&T roadmap and plan
• Assist in annual operating/capital expenditure budget exercise and/or rolling forecast exercise
• Monitor, review and post monthly accruals for expenditure items. Handle queries on expenditure accounting. Review and monitor provision accounts and clear provision/suspense accounts
• Assist in budgetary control procedures (for example, monitoring of operating expenditure against budget, and monitoring of project spent against capital expenditure budget)
• Ensure that payments are made on timely and accurately
• Assist in system recertification exercise, controlled self-assessment exercise and other divisional activities
Required Skills
• You should possess a degree in Accounting or related fields.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO and work experience in finance or accounting function preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team, and perform well under pressure.
• Well organized, meticulous and analytical.
