Our company Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Changi and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of retail manager (luxury fashion) and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 5.000 - SGD 6.500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Our Client:
Our Client is a luxury fashion company and we seek a Retail Manager to ensure the effective performance of the stores he/she is in charge of through the management of the retail team and the implementation of the Company’s commercial strategies and standard operating procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Sales and profitability focus
- Drive assigned area/stores sales and profitability, proactively analyze the performance monitoring of KPIs such as sales, average purchase, productivity, etc, propose and implement any corrective actions required to achieve targets.
- Provide financial recaps and be well-versed in all key metrics of assigned business with a high level of readiness for store walks.
Operational excellence
- Ensure the proper use of all business standard operating procedures by the outlet personnel and organize regular training to keep the team up to date.
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards are achieved and maintained by Retail team members according to our OSCAR standard, as well as the 1st class service excellence standard set by Changi Airport.
People focus
- Act as a good ambassador for the company and/or brand assigned.
- Involvement in the recruitment of store team members together with HR department.
- Ensure a healthy staff retention rate by managing employee turnover and absenteeism.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail and proven track record or relevant experience in managing a sales team
- Proficient (Microsoft Office) especially with MS Office applications
- Ability to collect, assemble and analyze data and KPIs
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset
- Able to influence and get buy-in from various stakeholders across departments
