We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR Administrative (Entry Level, Healthcare) | $2100 - $2500 | Jurong East ~. For those of you who live in Jurong East and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd), and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.200 - SGD 2.600. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
As part of the Resourcing Team, you will be responsible for supporting a team of recruiters in interview coordination and administrative duties:
Job Duties
- Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates
- Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews
- Collate candidates’ documents prior to interview
- Process timesheets and invoices
- Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities
Requirements
- Entry level are welcomed to apply
- Diploma holder from a recognized institution
- Good coordination, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, resilient and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
