We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of SGD 7.000 - SGD 9.000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts weekly meeting with Business units
- Provide HR guidance and consults with line management
- Manage and resolves employee’s relations issues
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Ensure company are align with regulation and compliance
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfer
- Oversee recruitment for the company
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or above
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Human Resource Management
