Job Summary:
• Fun working office environment
• Working Location: Jurong East, near MRT walking distance, sheltered all the way.
• Working Days: 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm
• Basic + Performance Bonus of up to 3 months
Job Description:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Manage the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Develop and implement training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 – 3+ years of experience in HR management.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
