LTD. is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as IT Manager (Infrastructure / Jurong Island) and able to work under full time working hours system.

We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of SGD 5.000 - SGD 6.000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT team and oversees IT operations to ensure tasks, incidents, and projects are delivered timely and efficiently.
- Support the initiatives of IT infrastructure, applications, and IT governance initiatives to ensure the implementations can meet the company’s objectives.
- Manage vendors to ensure SLAs are met and project deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
- Review and revise IT policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure the reliability, security, and availability of systems.
- Implement IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, etc.) to enhance IT service quality and delivery.
- Assist to handle the IT budget and ensure the expenditure is invested effectively.
- Provide technical expertise for technology and solution assessments such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, ERP, DX, IOT, AI, etc.
- Ensure IT processes and procedures comply with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with 2+ years of team management experience.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, Microsoft 365 Defender, etc.) is a must.
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VM, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Firewall, etc.) is a must.
- Good experience in Cybersecurity for Servers, Networks, Endpoint, Identity, Email, Applications, Data, etc. is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, etc.) is a big plus.
- Experience in SAP ERP (Basis & Functions) system will be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills in evaluating and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
