Job Summary:
- Salary Range: Up to $3200 + AWS + VB
- Working Location: North
- Working hours: 5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive Facilities Management services encompassing preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security management.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of reported breakdowns and faults to identify their root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Supervise and oversee upgrading projects within your purview.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor on an ad-hoc basis
