We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Operations Manager (Central Kitchen). We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall performance of assigned kitchens
- Oversee preparation and production of food items
- Drive food quality assurance and process improvement
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure delivery-on-time fulfilment
- Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure & equipment
- Manage staff related matters; including staff integration, coaching/mentoring and performance management
- Participate in cross functional initiatives, including automation projects
Requirements
- Diploma in F&B Management/Operations, Culinary Arts or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
- Resourceful and innovative
- Able to work 6 days work week and on PH/CNY
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail
