You will oversee and manage projects and serve as liaison between Cross functional teams members in Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and Supply Planning) and other business groups and line management. Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, client-satisfaction goals, and continuous improvement and strategic initiative project goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead one or more projects of simple to moderate scope.
• Manage initiation, planning, execution, and close of projects.
• Deliver complete projects on time, on budget, and within the specifications.
• Report project progress to stakeholders, including management review committee.
• Review project proposal/plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources to each phase of project.
• Work with internal customers/stakeholders to create project charter/scope document.
• Manage the project team.
• Establish and updates project plans and project documentation.
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Create capital acquisition requests with the assistance of senior project manager or direct manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant technology.
• 2+ years related experience in Life Sciences or Clinical Diagnostic or equivalent experience of managing projects.
• General knowledge of Life Science and Clinical Diagnostic industry practices and company policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills including data collection and synthesis.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project software.
• Proficient in standard project management tools (e.g., work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analysis) to document and communicate project plans.
• Able to deal with moderate levels of uncertainty.
• Able to facilitate simple to moderate conflict resolution. Escalates significant conflict to the Manager or Sponsor.
• Experience of Project teams and dealing with a large amount of internal Customers experience significant Business change.
• Project management training and certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Proficient ability to learn new systems (SAP desired).
