Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Maintain the document control and support documentation-related work in Quality Assurance Department. This include tasks such as electronic application, scanning, filing, archiving and retrieval of documents.
– Ensure administrative database and system are kept up-to-date.
– Support to prepare documentation to customers related to product content environmental enquiries such as RoHS, REACH and other substances of concern.
– Review and prepare monthly submission of samples for ICP test.
– Routine review of SPC and control limits including update to relevant system.
– Support Engineer to consolidate test result and prepare basic test report for customers.
– Any other duties that commensurate with this role.
Skills and Requirements:
– O-Level or O-Level Equivalent
– Administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
– Detail-oriented
