Our company ASIA GRAND PTE. LTD. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in North and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Hotel/Restaurant & Food/Beverage/Restaurant, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of restaurant supervisor and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Your main duties are as follows:
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations.
- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Be well-versed in our menu and products.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekends & PH.
