Duties:
– Responsible to monitor and update Order System, and Direct / Service Sales Schedule.
– Feedback Order Direct Sales Schedule (ODSS) report every Monday.
– Prepare draft suppliers’ purchase orders.
– Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, sales engineers & courier services for order acknowledgment, delivery schedule, and arrangement based on Order Direct / Service Sales Schedule.
– Photo taking and physical inspection upon receipt of delivery from the supplier (Coordinate with Material Officer).
– Coordinate the approval of payment for PO with SIC and submit to the Accounts Department.
– Prepare packing list and label for customers’ goods.
– Prepare draft DO/INV/PFIV.
– Scan and backup all delivered documents in the server.
– Circulate quotations & orders secured with supporting documents to the engineer in charge.
– Ensure delivery documents are compiled and returned with essential acknowledgment such as vessel stamp and export permit, for filing.
– Support the sales department in preparing sales documents for quotation submission.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O”/ “N” level or equivalent.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English spoken and reading.
- Responsible individuals with initiative.
- Team player, meticulous, and pays attention to details.
- Possesses a can-do attitude and positive mindset about work.
- Eager to learn.
