Job Description:
Primary Role
1. Proposal/Quotation Writing and Budget Planning
2. Preparing documents for submission of proposals
3. Handover to operations once projects are confirmed
4. Checking and ensuring operations are run to expectations
5. Following up with sales enquiries
6. Managing post project matters like payments to suppliers, invoices etc
7. All admin matters related to projects
Secondary Role
1. Assisting operations team in planning and coordinating projects
2. Any matters concerning operations dept
Requirement
1. Diploma / Degree of any field (certificates relating to events or the outdoor industry will be an added bonus)
2. Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
3. Positive thinking and resilient
4. Good customer service and interpersonal skills
5. Good team player
6. Good with numbers and meticulous in details
7. Good negotiation skills
8. Having a Class 3/3A license will be an added advantage (vehicle provided)
Working Days & Hours
1. 5.5 days work week
2. Weekdays – 0900 to 1800
3. Saturdays – 0900 to 1300
4. Off In Lieu will be provided for working on Sundays or PH
