Our company TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Jurong East and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level & Professional Certificate/NiTEC and experienced in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of sea freight coordinator (mnc/ import & export) and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 3.000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Tracking and updating real-time movement and status of every shipment in the system as well as generating Excel reports to provide to material planners on changes to ETA of any cargo
- FCL/LCL/CONSOL shipment bookings are made with carriers in accordance with customer forecast of container requirements as well as adhere to booking approved contracted lanes and carriers for maximum economical output and time efficiency.
- Complete customs clearances, ensuring full compliance with any relevant regulations.
- Manage documentation flow. This includes bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin and licenses.
- Work in a team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Sea Freight experience is essential for this role.
- Experience dealing with both Imports and Exports is beneficial.
- Knowledge of customs regulations would be desirable
- The ideal candidate will be commercially minded.
- Exceptional communication skills are required for this role.
