We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Senior / HR Executive. The candidate supports the designated business units on full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment and selection, annual compensation and budget cycle provisions and affordability, coordinating initiatives and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
– Undertake recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and working with hiring managers to appoint the best candidate according to the business and team needs.
– Facilitate the recruitment for all level positions, undertake the administration and follow-up work leading to job offers, including recommendation of base salary, drawing up appointment letters, registration with respective Professional Councils/Boards.
– Manage employees on-boarding and off-boarding process, this includes and is not limited to conducting employee induction programmes, personnel files creation and exit formalities.
– Ensure timely and accurate data documentation and management of staff records.
– Establish strong relationships with line managers to provide advice on HR policies and procedures, including conducting thorough and objective investigations for grievances in a timely manner.
– Work closely with line managers on improving staff issues, increase productivity and retention.
– Assist in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises and manpower budgeting, where appropriate.
Requirements:
– Degree in Human Resource Management or Business related qualifications.
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a HRBP, preferably with prior experience in the healthcare industry especially in recruitment of qualified nurses.
– Able to work independently under pressure and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, as well as a team player and collaborator.
– A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
– Proficient in MS Office Suite such as Word and Excel.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
– Adept in handling detailed work and voluminous data with quality outcome.
