We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

A. Casework

i. Undertake Casework, Group Work and Community Work practice according to the CSWP manual and practice guide

ii. Manage case referrals

ii. Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases

iv. Conduct case conferences

v. Participate in networking and case management meetings

vi. Document and evaluate case outcomes via SSNet

vii. Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies

vii. Provide supervision, guidance, and advice to support staff, volunteers and student interns

B. Information & Referral

i. Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention

C. Group Work and Community Work

i. Undertake and/or supervise Group Work and Community Work in response to the needs of FSC clients according to the CSWP manual and practice guide

ii Provide supervision, guidance and advice to staff, volunteers, and student interns

D. Supervision

i. Provide regular and ad hoc casework and clinical supervision and mentoring to social work practitioners and support staff under one’s charge and ad hoc consultation and supervision to colleagues when the need arises.

E. Administrative Functions

i. Utilise the SSNet to record updates of cases and input other information required

F. Others

i. Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director

Requirements:

i. Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling 

ii. At least 6-7 years of casework and counselling experience working with individual, children and families with complex needs and risk concerns. Casework supervision experience is preferred.

ii. Case management and counselling skills, casework and clinical supervision skills.

iv. Good report writing skills

v. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills

vi. Certified in doing Mandatory Counselling cases will be an advantage
