We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Shipping Executive. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain with a minimum Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 2.800 - SGD 3.400 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

· Handle and follow up on delivery/shipment schedules including basic correspondence and communication with customers/suppliers;
· Prepare international and domestic shipment documents for various customers delivered by factories and suppliers;
· Verify shipped items against ordered items to ensure that the right amount and items have been shipped;
· Provide timely assistance to customers relating to shipment status as well as shipment issues such as cargo weight mismatch and custom clearance;
· Liaise with suppliers to check for cargo availability and place booking with appointed forwarders for shipment arrangement. (If customer’s required delivery date cannot be met, negotiate with suppliers to expedite production or arrange alternative vessel schedules).
· Acquire Ocean/Air freight quotes from forwarders when necessary;
