Job description
- Handle day-to-day 1st level operational support on system & automation related inquiries/issues
- Monitoring of manufacturing systems running 24 by 7, escalate of issues to 2nd level when appropriate
- Perform basic troubleshooting of PC and software
- Support with the testing and installation of new applications and update patches
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment when on-site support needed
Profile
- Candidate must possess NiTEC/ITE in Electronics / Computer, or equivalent diploma from Malaysia
- Must be able to work 12 hours rotating shift (7am/7pm)
- Good understanding of PC software/hardware setup and configuration.
- Semiconductor and electronic knowledge will be advantages
