Job description
You are part of shift team.
You are working closely with
- Production team on lot on hold for measurement recipes creation & optimization following BKM.
- Shift EES on tool post CM & PM qualification. You are working closely also with Metrology tool owners on the supports for team improvement project.
You are working closely also with Metrology tool owners on the supports for team improvement project.
You are required to perform 1st level of analysis on issues (defectivity issue, breakage etc) related to Metrology tools with relevant parties, namely production, shift EES, process shift.
You are required to passdown in detail to team.
Profile
- Knowledge in Metrology tools – CD SEM, IVS, Thickness Optiprobe, Thickness UV, RS will be advantageous.
- Ability to be multitask and attention to detail is a must and have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to think out of the box and self-motivated.
- Able to work as a team.
- Good communications skills.
