We are hiring for the position of Accounting & Finance Executive with full time working hours for our company office, Bee Cheng Hiang Hup Chong Foodstuff Pte Ltd, for residents of Serangoon and its neighboring areas.

Scope of Work:
- Handle the daily operations of the accounting and finance functions within the company (AP, AR, GL, Bank reconciliation etc)
- Prepare monthly reports for closing of accounts
- Prepare for audits / corporate tax / GST filing and other compliance matters
- Participate in regular cash audits and inventory stocktakes at our retail outlets
- Perform financial related administrative matters (proper document records keeping etc)
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience (Candidates with no relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organised, meticulous and able to work within deadlines
