We are offering a salary of SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Highlights:

  • 5 days Work Week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm) 
  • Salary: $2,00 – $2,500 per month
  • Working location: Serangoon

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare Quotation to customers.
  • Create Delivery Order & Invoice and send to customers.
  • Administer pass application for workers including liaising with insurance companies.
  • Coordinate and register training courses & government training grant application.
  • Maintain corporate risk assessment & safe work procedures.
  • Liaise with local authorities (i.e. Minister of Manpower, BCA, SCAL and CPF) and legal solicitor pertaining to worker’s injury
  • Provide administration support for relevant departments within the organization.
  • General office administration document control, sourcing and purchasing of materials & equipment.
  • Supports technical team on document management, including submissions.
  • To perform relevant administrative and other duties assigned by your superior.

Job Requirement:

  • O Level Or Diploma or equivalent on HR & Business Admin.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences in local building construction industry.
  • Knowledge for Singapore Employment Act and Workplace Safety and Health Act
  • Good communicator where both written and verbal communication skills are key.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Required Languages: Chinese & English (to be able to communicate in Mandarin & English is a must)
  • Singaporeans and Permanent residences are welcome
