Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and handle all incoming calls and emails.
- Manage accounts receivables and payables
- Prepare invoices and credit memos.
- Manage daily transactions, cashbooks and passbooks.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding payment matters.
- Manage employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, verification, promotion and termination
- Processing monthly allowances and benefits
- Cash reimbursement of labor costs
- General administrative tasks, data entry and archiving
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by administrators
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- At least 3 years of her accounting and clerical experience in the construction and service industry or related fields.
- Safe handling of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
