Job Description:
- Handle customer feedbacks’ calls and emails
- Record and follow up on customer feedbacks in system
- Prepare quotations, monitor and coordinate on servicing schedule
- Prepare reports and letters for Customer Sales/Service enquired
- Good communication skills
- And other Administrative Duties
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an ‘O’ Level, any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
