Job Responsibilities
. Generate necessary documents : Sales Order, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice, Consignment, etc.
· Provides administrative support such as answer incoming and outgoing calls and replying of emails.
· Coordinate with sales manager and sales coordinator on all ad-hoc duties
· Other tasks and duties requested by management
Job Requirements
· Diploma and above.
· Proficient in MS office applications
· Processes at least 1 years of admin experience would be advantageous
· Highly independent, enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
. Working Days- 5 days
