However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description:
1. Prepare invoices and quotation
2. Maintain proper documentation and filling and provide administrative support to the team
3. Respond to incoming emails and handle phone enquiries
4. Provide administrative support when required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- GCE O level or Tertiary qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- A positive and professional attitude
- Good communication skills and effective team player
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-focused
