Job Description:
Admin Scope:
- Perform a full spectrum of administrative functions for the company
- Responsible for all incoming telephone inquiries, answering calls, and providing information to other departments upon request.
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, document scanning, organizing, and maintaining files and records.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and task pas per management requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/ management from time to time
Social Media Scope:
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.)
- Monitor and proactively increase social traffic and follow growth and engagement performance through organic and paid marketing.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Provide creative ideas for content
- Social media account management
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin (due to business nature requiring to deal and communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and associates.)
- Good understanding of multiple social media platforms generally but specifically Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Organized and a multitasker
- 5 days work a week
