Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR Entry Level Recruitment Specialist (5 Days/Training Provided/Town/Amazing Career Growth/Attractive $$$). For those of you who live in Orchard and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum degree of Not Specified, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
• Service existing clients and to source for new business as required.
• Work with other recruiters and hiring managers.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates via various channels i.e. Job Portal, Linkedin, Referral, Social Media etc.
• Liaise with clients from various firm to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
• Managing and negotiating the offer between client and candidates.
• Engaging talent on their career and developmental needs.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• No experience required
• Willingness to learn
• Results and sales driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
