Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Watches & Fine Jewellery Advisor. Maintain the Image of the Brand
· Demonstrate a professional image of personal grooming and etiquette in accordance with the image of Chanel at all times
· Participate in the window and in-boutique display to reflect the essence of the collection / promotion theme and ensure it is in line with the brand image
· Maintain professional visual standards throughout the store
· Maintain the boutique environment’s optimum condition in cleanliness and tidiness
Provide Ultimate Luxury Customer Experience
· Provide ultimate luxury customer experience to both internal and external customers
· Equip one’s product knowledge and sales techniques by attending company trainings. Commit to personal development and strive to improve through customer feedback.
· Driven by service, image & sales, generate sales through cross selling and upselling technique. Provide after sales service to customers
Be Client-centric
· Focus on customer recruitment and retention. Engage clients and build long lasting relationships with them
· Gain a thorough and personalized understanding of his/her customers to attract their return visits. Follow up by telephone calls, appointments and follow up sessions
· Assist the management promote CEM activities
· Achieve high customer service which surpass customer expectation in line with company standards via:
§ Obtaining client feedback
§ Adhering to exchange and return guidelines
§ Obtaining CEM data of each client
· Handle returns and exchanges with a positive mindset. Understands the customer’s needs and expectation
Properly Handle Merchandise & Inventory
· Perform, and upon management instruction, verify, daily opening and closing inventory count to ensure no inventory losses. Discrepancies, if they arise, must be reported in a timely manner as determined by the HOB and/or Head of Retail.
· Take part in the regular cycle count of inventories and the annual full inventory count according to Company guidelines to prevent stock losses, pilferage or damage
· Take a lead to gather and provide feedback on products to the management. Make suggestions to the management
Effectively Handle Day-to-day Operations
· Follow all operational procedures and policies regarding sales, discounts, transfers and stock adjustments
· Be a small team leader, gather and provide to the management feedback on customer trends / demands and information on competitor activity
· Assist in the regular reporting of such activities
· Support on-floor operations where necessary
· Complete appropriate paperwork accurately
Foster Close Partnerships
· Work closely within the boutique and with other boutiques
· Work with W&FJ Division, and the relevant divisions (IT, Finance, ODHR, Logistics, Communications) as well as within the Fashion division (VM, Marketing, Product, PR, Training) in daily operations.
