We are looking for an administrator for the following;
Primary Role
- To compile progress/completion reports and upload to online portal
- Work closely with operation manager to complete the above task
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing/monitoring BQ and quotations
Secondary Role
- Part of the billing team to cover each other when needed
- Ad-hoc administrative works when assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
- Salary commensurate with experience/qualification.
- Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
