JTE Recruit Pte Ltd has open a job vacancy for the domicile of East and surrounding areas as airfreight customer service officer with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary SGD 1.800 - SGD 2.600 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Our Client:
- Logistics Industry
- Monday – Friday, Saturday half day, Office Hours
- East – Changi
- Basic UP $2600 + Transport Allowances + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Attend to customers enquires and complaints
- Liaise with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers’ report
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level in any studies
- Minimum 1 year of logistics or relevant experience
