We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Services & Customer Service and possess a Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Working Location:

Working Hours:

• 5 days week, 8.5-hour shift work with 1-hour break (Shift Allowance)

Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Candidate needs to handle calls on cases as simple as enquiries on medical coverage and packages, as complicated as admitting to hospital (liaise with different parties to arrange)

– Medical coverage and packages

– Application enquiries

– Travel safety and wellbeing

– Potential risk that they might expose to when they’re travelling from one country to another

– Enquiries on visa application/embassy

• Demonstrate an understanding of all key clients’ Operations and Billings Procedures

• Coordinate cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Work harmoniously with fellow operations staff, members of the medical team and other Assistance Centres in the provision of assistance to members and clients.

• To be the first point of contact for members, end users, clients, service providers and colleagues.

• To manage an allocated load of cases within the shift and ensure that it is communicated appropriately and efficiently in the transmission handover.

• Ensure that sufficient logistic arrangements are made in timely and appropriate manner to meet the needs of members and clients.

• Organise the full range of medical and security services for clients, utilising the internal resources of International SOS and external correspondents where necessary.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.

• Min 3 years working experience.

• Experience in call centres, healthcare related / emergency cases / assistance companies and/or hospitality industry.
