Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Customer Service Assistant (LD). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.400 - SGD 2.600. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the dealing with customer requirements of automotive related services in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction and achieve the departmental sales turnover and profitability objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
i) Answer and attend to customers for PM Service with Repair Order Processing
ii) Support Service Advisors in preparation of repair quotations to customers
ii) Process Service Appointment Booking with Reprint Repair Order
v Conduct/ Collect Customer Satisfaction survey
v) Prepare and despatch monthly service reminder
v1 Support Front Office Reception
