ProBioscience Technologies is a leading Life Science distribution company based in Singapore.
Your duties as Customer Service Officer are as follows:
• Generate quotations to customers
• Processing orders
• Generate sales orders as a confirmation to customers
• Generate invoices & delivery orders
• In charge of order placement, shipments and communication with Principals
• Goods receive and inventory/warehouse management control
• Attending to email inquiries and calls
• Arrangement of courier and logistics
• Tender sourcing including quotation, participation and tracking
• Staff leave tracking
• Calculation of sales person commission
• Staff claims and review
• Credit Control
• Establishment of SOPs and processes
• Packing goods for export
• Company website update and marketing materials
• Marketing through Zoho campaigns/EDMs/Promotions & Roadshows
• *Other duties as required
