We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of E-Commerce Marketing & Operation Execeutive. We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 3.200 - SGD 3.800. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

You will be part of a E-Commerce team overseeing all marketing activities to drive sales on VitaminMall e-stores across various E-Commerce marketplaces.
Job Responsibilities
- Create product Listing on E-Commerce marketplaces, optimizing listing content and work with design team to create E-Commerce campaign banners
- Achieve monthly revenue target for assigned e-commerce marketplaces
- Social media marketing to drive traffic to brand store and marketplace stores
- Help to develop impactful E-Commerce campaigns that meet relevant KPIs ( traffic, sales )
- Work and collaborate with all our external media and digital agencies on KOL/Influencer marketing, Celebrity marketing, brand awareness campaign and all relevant digital advertising
- Feedback to management on competitors’ activities
- Assist with E-commerce fulfilment activities including daily orders, picking and packing when necessary, alongside replenishment and coordinating pickups from the various logistics partners.
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing / E-Commerce or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in managing E-Commerce marketplace platforms(Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon). Candidates with no prior experience but familiar with online shopping on ecommerce marketplaces may also apply.
- IT Savvy. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Effective time management skills. Able to multi-task and work independently with high level of motivation
- Proficient in written English
