Job Scope:
- Providing close assistance to vice president on calendar, travel and expenses
- Responsible for coordinating team events and on-boarding of new hires
- Handling all administrative and coordination work matters
- Liaising closely with relevant parties for high level meeting
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
