- They are seeking dynamic Sales Support / Order Fulfillment Executives to join their Credit Card and Personal Loans (CCPL) team
- Direct Employment: Permanent (non-Contract) role

Responsibilities:
- Primary: Provide efficient Sales and Administrative support to the Sales Team and ensure timely correspondence with other key stakeholders such as Operations
- Efficiently and effectively process routine transactions (error free processing),
- Perform Pre-screening of customer applications and verification of supporting documentations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Call customers who require additional Verification Checks to obtain the information
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry
- Update daily sales statistics and MIS reports
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risk issues
Requirements
- Singaporeans Only (applicants who require Work Visas need not apply)
- Min 2 years of Sales Support / Order Fulfillment experience for CCPL products
Additional Information
- Basic Salary: $2,500 – $4,00 Basic (Offered Salary will be commensurate with Educational Qualifications and Experience)
- Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30am
- Location: Changi Business Park
