Our Client, an Established MNC in the Freight Forwarding Industry is looking for a HR Executive to join them!
Details
Working Location : Changi South
Working Days : Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm
Salary : Up to $4500 (with AWS and VB)
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Conduct interviews for non-executive and supervisor level positions
- Take charge of job advertisement postings
- Prepare letters of appointment (LOA)
- Arrange and brief new joiners on LOA
- Conduct orientation for new employees
- Create and update master records for payroll vendors
- Create and maintain employees’ personnel files
- Apply for and renew in- and out-patient cards for new employees
Employee Engagement:
- Participate in planning and coordinating recreational activities such as festive celebrations and quarterly employee communication sessions
- Conduct briefings for employees on new initiatives and present referral vouchers
Insurance:
- Track claims reimbursement for WICA and in- and out-patient cases
- Submit claims for WICA cases under Marsh
Exit Management:
- Prepare acceptance of resignation and termination letters
- Conduct exit interviews for all resignation cases at the supervisory level
- Terminate medical cards
- Conduct exit clearance procedures.
Requirement
- Applicant should have at least 1- 2 years experience working a HR Executive preferably in a MNC setup
- Good Communication skill and able to work well in a team setting
