The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 5.000 - SGD 8.500, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Description:
- Report to the Managing Director
- Manage all aspects of HR, including HR policies, job analysis and design, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
- Improve HR systems and ensure accurate monthly payroll
- Develop, review, and manage performance appraisal processes
- Identify gaps in HR processes and propose improvements Plan and execute HR strategies aligned with the business plan
- Support talent management and HR policy development
- Establish HR requirements for recruitment, retention, and succession planning
- Ensure effective communication channels and promote corporate culture and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain rules and regulations
- Coordinate training needs and liaise with insurers for employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements Liaise with government bodies for statutory compliances, licenses, and approvals
- Budget management for manpower and HR projects
- Provide management with market statistics on the economy and labor market
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource Management, preferably in a Managerial/Senior Executive role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English (An added advantage for those who can speak and write Japanese – able to communicate with Japanese stakeholders)
