Our company GSK is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Tuas and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of intern - qc (system and support) and be able to work in system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Our vaccines facility at Tuas is a key manufacturing site withinour global network supplying the active ingredients used to make multiplepediatric vaccines. Tuas site was officially opened in 2009. To date, the site has played a key role in producing more than 800 million vaccines for pneumococcal diseases. Tuas has a workforce of more than 415 employees.

We are expanding operations at our Tuas site adding new exciting products to our production capabilities and becoming an even more significant part of GSK’s worldwide vaccines supply chain. What will you do?

  • Discover about the different processes in the QC department (Eg. Systems & Support, Chemistry & Biology lab)

  • Manage documents within the QC department (Eg. To ensure proper archival of documents, summarize and tabulate documents in specific logs).

  • Support the QC Systems & Support team for required activities which you will be trained in.

  • Perform data tubulation and trending of data collected for QC tests for the QC Laboratory Execution System (LES).

  • Involved in continuous improvement actions for the QC department.

  • Gain insights to on-site Regulatory Audits (if available).

  • Gain exposure with possibility to participate/support ad-hoc site and QC activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Educational background – Diploma undergrad in Biologics/Chemical & Process Technology/Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technology/Pharmaceutical Science or related field who is interested in learning more about a manufacturing environment and vaccines   

  • Basic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) knowledge

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Meticulous, organized, logical and self-motivated

  • Adaptability to change and working under pressure

  • Good ability to prioritize on tasks assigned

  • Adaptability to change and working under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills that help you influence

  • Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity

  • Drive and confidence to trust your own judgment

  • Great project management skills and the ability to prioritise
