Our company Royal Ocean Marine Enterprise Pte Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Central & Tuas and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of it manager and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 5.000 - SGD 10.000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

IT Manager or Executive
Responsibilities:
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
Provide 2nd/3rd level end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security, and privacy guidelines.
Provide maintenance and support for network infrastructure, hardware, CCTV, communication systems, and GPS systems.
Troubleshoot software issues, particularly with Windows operating systems.
Resolve day-to-day IT issues in the office.
Assist with Outlook installation, MS Exchange management, and antivirus deployment.
Collaborate on standalone IT projects as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or relevant certifications).
Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, storage, or cloud solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with computer use policies, information security, and privacy best practices is desired.
Basic troubleshooting skills, especially with Windows operating systems, are required.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of Outlook installation, MS Exchange management, and antivirus deployment is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
2nd/3rd level end-user support
