We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of IT / Operations Support- Lead Associate. Support third-party audits and day-to-day IT operations such as checking of server, network link.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for fronting audit with external parties
· Responsible to liaise with internal customers for technology related questions
· Automate Production processes with technological advancements.
- Provide IT troubleshooting support to operation staff.
- Responsible to supervise and manage IT vendor or security contractor and other vendor on related function in the department
- Responsible to plan, coordinate & monitor audit schedule or support from auditors and banks. To ensure all information required are submitted timely.
- Assist to ensure logical and physical security are setup and installed adequately in main and bcp site
- Assist to monitor and ensure any email correspondence from banks / auditors or supporting department are promptly replied and managed
- Assist senior to attend IT related conference call.
- Plan & implement with latest MS or Oracle updates, with a schedule backup & restore from main to BCP site
- Ensure IT documents and work instruction from various group are up to date on a yearly basis
- To maintain efficient, cost effective and highly resilient production systems (System Infrastructure and Applications).
- To review any manual process and perform automation with efficiency & perform prompt schedule in MS / Oracle patching / all related Networking devices
- Perform hardware and software inventory checks on all EOL/EOS devices on a regular basis
Requirements
· Min. Education Level: Bachelor’s’ Degree
· Field of Study: Computer Science related
· Skills: Microsoft Operating Systems / IT Network knowledge / Programming / Power point presentation/ Microsoft Operating Systems
· At least 3 years’ experience in handling end user IT support with minimum knowledge of networking, operations, and project implementations in a production environment
· Experience in audit support on IT / Operation
· Language: English
· Candidate must be comfortable working in Production environment
· Willing to work on weekends / be on standby
· Physically fit
