RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Pasir Ris and surrounding areas as purchaser (construction industry) with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Primary/Secondary School/O Level and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary SGD 2.700 - SGD 3.000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Salary: up to $300 basic + AWS
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level with at least 1 year of related working experiences
- Possess good communication skills and proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of construction material/machinery and source of suppliers an advantage
Job Duties:
- Handle all purchasing duties including orders and delivery arrangement for material related to cable, pipe layer, plumbing, engineering parts etc
- Generate purchase orders promptly and liase with suppliers
- Coordinate with onsite engineering related to purchasing request
- Ensure lorry drivers’ have meet the timelines given
- Perform data entry on incoming materials and other documentation for finance processing
- Matching PO, DO and invoices for finance processing
- Answering incoming phone calls from suppliers, internal department and customers
- Any other task assigned by the Company
