We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Marketing Executive who specializes in construction and solar industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction projects and solar technologies, and be skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our construction and solar products/services, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating marketing efforts to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our construction and solar products/services, targeting relevant markets and customer segments.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competition in the construction and solar industry, and use this knowledge to develop effective marketing plans.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital and traditional marketing platforms.
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products/services and generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Provide support in developing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, making data-driven recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the construction and solar industry, and use this knowledge to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the construction and solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction projects and solar technologies, including relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics, and use insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other marketing technologies.
• Willingness to travel to industry events and customer locations as needed.
