This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in East - Others and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 1.800 - SGD 2.300, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist our Operations Team in the running & managing of the daily business operations.
● Ensure that car movements are well-coordinated & properly parked at assigned locations.
● Ensure operations are carried out in an appropriate and operational effective manner.
● Handover & takeover of vehicles in various locations.
● Involve in coordination & support of various operations matters.
● Assist in sending new cars/rental cars for inspection at various inspection centers.
● Assist Manager in handling administrative functions for vehicle repairs & maintenance.
● Washing & detailing of vehicles for delivery when required.
● Any other matters tasked by the Management.
Requirements:
● Candidates must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ ‘O’ Level, any field.
● At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
● Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy when assigned with tasks.
● Apply problem-solving skills to develop and execute initiatives to continuously improve operation efficiencies.
● A motivated, self-starter with plenty of initiative and a positive team-oriented attitude.
● To be a team player in the operations team to drive process and service improvement with strong and effective communication skills, addressing any operational issue proactively and progressively to the management.
● To propose innovative solutions and process improvements to achieve operations excellence.
● Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Preferably Junior Executives.
● Full-Time positions available.
● Class 3 license is an advantage
Candidates possessing the following skillsets are preferred:
● We welcome young and inexperienced learners.
● Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
● Strong knowledge and interest in cars.
Additional Info:
● Trade experience.
● 5 working days, 9am-6pm (Sunday & 1 weekday off).
