Job Scope:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Payroll duties and coordinate with vendors and global/ regional personnel.
- Process and manage employee payroll accurately and timely.
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records.
- Prepare report on time to Finance department for all payouts and reconciliation.
- Assist with payroll tax calculations and submissions.
- Coordinating with auditors regarding on payroll matters
- Involve in on boarding and off boarding process.
- Manage and update the HR Payroll systems.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
