ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a first point of contact for learners and parents, handling their enquiries and requests via phone, email or in person in a courteous, respectful, professional and confidential manner.
- Collect, monitor and help chase documentation and information form updates such as particulars, permission forms. Update the school records accordingly.
- Check and cross reference payments for residential camps and day trips.
- Maintain accurate lists of participants and documentation that has been submitted, liaising with Learner Services where necessary.
- Provide support for extra curricular activities (CCAs, Music ensembles, Sport events, Swimming).
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link.
