Job Description
Project-based counsellors / clinical psychologists work on project basis to carry out Tongle’s programmes such as Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Student Assistance Programme (SAP), Entrepreneur Wellbeing Programme (EWP), clubhouse programmes, and other mental health projects. The project tasks can include but are not limited to:

Conducting 1-to-1 counselling/psychological services sessions

Conducting group counselling sessions

Administering mental health screening assessments

Planning and conducting mental health workshops and talks

Designing and running mental health awareness events (e.g., awareness day, roadshow, etc.)
Summary of role requirements:
- Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
